Eric Carle occurs as tikes's book creator & illustrator, best known for his book The Very Hungry Caterpillar, which has been translated into 50 languages. Carle was natural inside 1929 Syracuse, New York and moved to Germany when he was six. He moved to New York City in 1952 and landed the job as a graphic designer. He late moved to Northampton, Massachusetts, where he still lives now. A Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art, a museum devoted to toddlers's books & founded by Carle & his married woman, opened inside 2002 in nearby Amherst.
